I build these tools as I need them for my own AEO experiments. They're free, they work (mostly), and they get updated every time I learn something new about how AI search engines actually process content.
The idea is simple: instead of guessing whether your site is ready for AI search, use these tools to check. Some are polished, some are rough prototypes. All of them reflect what I've actually tested and found to matter. If something breaks, let me know — I fix things fast.
Each tool tackles a different piece of the AEO puzzle. The AEO Score Checker gives you a quick health check. The llms.txt Generator creates the AI-readable sitemap file. The Schema Generator handles structured data. The AI Search Simulator shows you how AI might see your page. And the newest addition, the AEO Audit Tool, runs a comprehensive check across all the signals I've found to matter.
I'll keep adding tools as I discover what moves the needle. Think of this page as my workshop — messy, functional, and always evolving.
AEO Score Checker
Get a quick AI-readiness score for any page. Checks schema markup, content structure, heading hierarchy, and other signals I've found to correlate with AI citations. Updated regularly as I learn more.
llms.txt Generator
Create a properly formatted llms.txt file — basically robots.txt for AI. Fill in your site details, download the file, upload to your root. This is the tool I'm most confident in.
Schema Markup Generator
Generate JSON-LD structured data for articles, FAQs, products, and more. Focused on the schema types that AI systems actually parse and use for citations.
AI Search Simulator
Preview how your content might appear in AI-generated responses. Paste a URL and see what an AI would extract. It's rough but surprisingly useful for spotting gaps.
AEO Audit Tool
Run a comprehensive AEO audit on any URL. Checks for llms.txt, schema markup, content structure, AI-friendly formatting, and more. The full checklist in one click.
